My conversation from 5 minutes ago with Kate....

"Kate: Mom, Why did you write your words in my notebook?
Me: Because I needed a piece of paper to write my list on.
Kate: Mom, that list sure is long. Maybe you could use my school work scissors to cut the list.
Me: You mean to make it shorter?
Kate: Yeah."

If it only it were that easy to make my to do list shorter. If only....
